Custom Design Photography & Media Release
OhsoJazzy Creations
By purchasing a custom-designed and personalized product from OhsoJazzy Creations, you grant permission for photographs and/or video recordings of the completed custom product to be used for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that these images may include identifiable information, including but not limited to names, images, likenesses, themes, event titles, and other personalization details as they appear on the finished product.
Such images may be used on our website, social media platforms, digital portfolios, advertisements, and other promotional or marketing materials. This release is granted without compensation and applies solely to the display of the custom design and finished product.
If you do not wish for your personalized product, name, or image to be used, you must submit a written opt-out request prior to design approval or production. Requests made after approval or production has begun cannot be honored.
By completing your purchase of a custom design with OhsoJazzy Creations, you acknowledge that you have the authority to grant this permission and agree to this Photography & Media Release.

ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION
What information do I need to provide when ordering?
At checkout, please include:
Honoree name
Age (if applicable)
Theme & color scheme
Event date
Any wording you’d like included
📸 IMPORTANT: PHOTO UPLOADS ARE REQUIRED for certain items.
🚨 ORDERS WILL NOT BE STARTED WITHOUT ALL REQUIRED PHOTOS, DETAILS, OR INSPIRATION IMAGES.
Is photo upload required?
YES — WHEN STATED IN THE PRODUCT LISTING.
⚠️ FAILURE TO UPLOAD PHOTOS WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER AND DOES NOT EXTEND YOUR TURNAROUND TIME.
Can I receive help or guidance before ordering?

Can I see a proof before production?
⚠️ PROOFS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
By placing your order, you approve Oh So Jazzy Creations’ creative direction based on the information and inspiration you provide.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
🚨 PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK ALL DETAILS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.
Once production begins, changes are NOT guaranteed and may result in additional fees or delays.
PROCESSING & TURNAROUND TIME
What is your processing time?
⏳ STANDARD PROCESSING TIME IS UP TO 4 WEEKS (NOT including shipping time).
🚨 PROCESSING TIME BEGINS ONLY AFTER:
Payment is received
ALL required details are submitted
ALL required photos are uploaded
Do you offer rush orders?
🚨 RUSH ORDERS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVENTS WITHIN 2 WEEKS.
A $50 Rush Fee MUST be added to your cart to prioritize your order.
❗ Orders placed without the rush fee that fall within the rush window may be delayed, declined, or canceled WITHOUT REFUND.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship?

🚨 PLEASE NOTE:
Shipping time is NOT INCLUDED in processing time
Delivery dates are NOT guaranteed due to carrier delays
Once packages leave our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays
Can I pick up my order?
📍 Local pickup is ONLY available if stated in the product listing.
If pickup is not listed, shipping is required.
FILLED VS. UNFILLED ITEMS
Are party favors filled?
⚠️ NOT ALL ITEMS ARE FILLED BY DEFAULT.
Some items offer FILLED OR UNFILLED OPTIONS.
🚨 YOU MUST SELECT YOUR PREFERENCE BEFORE CHECKOUT.
Failure to select an option will result in the default option being applied.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Do you accept returns or refunds?
🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO EXCEPTIONS.
Because items are custom-made, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS are accepted.
What if there is an issue with my order?
📸 YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY with clear photos of the issue.
🚨 Claims submitted after 48 hours WILL NOT be honored.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)
Are digital products refundable?
🚫 DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.
Once files are delivered or downloaded, NO refunds or exchanges are available.

How far in advance should I order?
⏳ WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ORDERING AT LEAST 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE to avoid rush fees and ensure availability.

🚨 PAYMENT MUST BE COMPLETED AT CHECKOUT.
Orders will NOT be processed without successful payment.
Can I place an order without paying in full?
🚫 NO. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
Because all items are custom-made, we do not offer payment plans outside of PayPal’s approved Pay Later options.
Are there additional fees?
⚠️ Additional fees may apply for:
Rush processing
Design revisions (if approved)
Custom requests outside of standard listings

Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined due to:
Incorrect billing information
Insufficient funds
PayPal or bank security restrictions
