Phone Consultation – Custom Orders

This consultation includes a 15–20 minute phone discussion to review the details of your custom order. During this time, we will discuss your theme, quantity, event date, and overall vision to ensure your order is designed to meet your needs.

Please provide at least three (3) different dates and times you are available for us to reach out. You may include your availability and best contact details in the description box provided. All consultations are scheduled during business hours only. Providing multiple availability options allows us to accommodate your request more efficiently.

Consultation Fee Policy:

All consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome or decision to move forward. Missed calls, late arrivals, or failure to provide availability may result in forfeiture of the consultation without refund.

Submitting your availability does not guarantee immediate scheduling. A confirmation will be sent to the email that you provide once your consultation time is approved.
